These terms and conditions apply only to the Zomeda Systems Inc. web store. For the policies of our retail location, please contact your local Zomeda Systems Inc. directly.


All prices shown on www.zomedasystems.com are in Canadian Dollars and do not include the applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. The prices do not include shipping and handling nor any other services such as insurance. Price charged for orders will be the price at the time of the order. All prices displayed on www.zomedasystems.com are discounted. This pricing is not valid if purchase is made by credit card in store.

Typographical Errors:

Zomeda Systems Inc. reserves the right in the event of any item listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error on information received from our suppliers to decline and/or cancel any orders for the incorrectly listed item. We may cancel at our discretion orders which may or may not have been confirmed including orders which may have been paid for or charged to your credit card. In the event a charge has been made to your credit card, Zomeda Systems Inc. will immediately issue a credit to your card to offset the purchase.

Recycling Fees:

Shipping & Handling and Taxes:

You, the buyer, are responsible for all applicable charges including but not limited to; shipping, handling, delivery, taxes and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase. 

Risks associated with shipping

When Zomeda Systems Inc. ships the product, our liability for damage or breakage on the shipment will be limited to the coverage provided by the carrier's terms and conditions. You may wish to purchase additional insurance coverage for the full value of the product when you order. The appropriate request should be made when you submit your order request. Zomeda Systems Inc. does not give any delivery guarantee such as specified time or date. All shipping dates are estimated from information provided by the carrier and internal processing time. 

Payment Terms: 

Payment may be made by accepted credit cards. Orders will only be processed based on confirmation of payment. 

Limitation of Liability: 

The maximum liability to you on products purchased from Zomeda Systems Inc. shall be limited to the purchase price of the products you paid. Zomeda Systems Inc. will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies in all cases however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or other reasons. Some of these limitations may not apply in some jurisdictions and those damages limitations not allowed under by exclusion or restriction under law may not apply to you. 


Title to products purchased from Zomeda Systems Inc. passes to you when the product is shipped. 


These terms and conditions shall be interpreted under and governed by the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to conflict of laws rules. The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for reference purposes only and are not intended to be part of or affecting the meaning of these Terms and Conditions. 

No Modification: 

Any additional or altered terms attached or appended to an order shall be null and void, without effect unless agreed to in writing by Zomeda Systems Inc.. These Terms and Conditions may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of Zomeda Systems Inc.. 


If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or un-enforceable, in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder shall not be affected nor impaired. The Terms and Conditions stated herein are declared to be Severable. 


This agreement with Zomeda Systems Inc. cannot be assigned without Zomeda Systems Inc.'s written authorization. Zomeda Systems Inc. is the intended beneficiary of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and other information or agreements included or relating to products purchased from Zomeda Systems Inc., this agreement will take precedence. 

Linking and Framing of this website:

Links to this website without the expressed permission of Zomeda Systems Inc. are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any permission given to link to our site at any time for any reason, without any notice without liability to you or any other person. Framing of this website or any of its content in any form or by any method is strictly prohibited. 

Return Policy Refund Exchange Policy

Zomeda Systems Inc. offers a 15 day standard refund or exchange policy on all products still sealed/in resellable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non defective authorized returns. Please see "Return authorizations" below for information on how to apply for a product return authorization number (RMA number).
No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
No refunds or exchanges on Notebooks/Netbooks/Systems.
No refunds on opened software. Defective software will be replaced with the same item.
The buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges back to Zomeda Systems Inc..

Return authorizations
If you have purchased a product within the last 15 days and need to return it for whatever reason please send an email to rma@zomedasystems.com with the following information:
Your name
Your address
Your phone number
Your invoice number and date of purchase
The product you would like to return
The serial number of the product to be returned (if applicable)
The reason for return (defective, exchange, etc)

Zomeda Systems Inc. will reply to your email within 24hours and will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA number). Please clearly mark this RMA number on the package you will be returning to Zomeda Systems Inc.. Please pack all return goods carefully as damaged packages or improperly packed goods will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
